I’m Jessica Rivera a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Quantum Hypnosis Practitioner. I guide women through the deeper layers of who they are so peace becomes embodied, not something to chase, but something you live and feel every day.
Purposely Peaceful was born from my own healing journey and shaped by years of walking alongside women through theirs. I believe inner peace isn’t a luxury or a personality trait. It’s a skill- and it’s available to you.
This space blends clinical expertise, subconscious healing, nervous system understanding, and real-life experience. I’ve seen what happens when women understand what’s truly disrupting their peace, and learn how to work with themselves instead of against themselves.
You won’t find quick fixes or surface-level inspiration here. You’ll find depth. Integration. Tools that actually shift the way you experience your life.

This review is long over due. I had a session with Jessica in April of 2022, not sure what to expect I wanted to try something different as part of my healing. I met with Jessica and before our session we talked about some of the things on my mind. She made me feel comfortable and listened without judgement. During the session I was able to bring healing to grief that I experienced as a child, I found comfort and answers to questions that needed exploring and closing. My hypnosis experience allowed me to explore my life times and find the answers within myself. Jessica is kind, knowledgeable, and grounding.
